As a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida for over 20 years, Sofi maintains a private practice in North Miami, servicing the Surf/Bal/Bay, Aventura, and Miami Beach communities. She provides in-person and online psychotherapy, marriage counseling, couples therapy, family therapy, and executive counseling in both English and Spanish.

Sofi believes in inspiring change, by empowering her clients to focus on the solution rather than the problem. Through cognitive-behavioral and psycho-educational/spiritual approaches to transformation, Sofi guides her clients to become responsible for their lives, to be the cause and not the effect, and to develop specific steps towards achieving those goals.
